Muus Coffee

How Muus Coffee's founder built his first Framer store in days using Frameship
“If you want a website that is unique, cool, and truly stands out, this is the place. You don't need to be a developer - if a designer like me can build their first site and love the result, anyone can.”

Framer + Shopify + Frameship
An architect who designed the Cihangir cafe himself built his first-ever website in days - no developer, no compromise on brand.

Design in Framer. Sell on Shopify. No code in between.
Musa Soylu is an architect. He thinks about space, proportion, and material. When he opened Muus Coffee in Cihangir — one of Istanbul's most design-conscious neighbourhoods, he designed the physical cafe himself. Every surface, every detail, chosen deliberately.
So when the time came to build an online store, he applied the same instinct. He wasn't looking for a shopify shopify template. He was looking for something that could hold the identity of Muus Coffee without diluting it.
What he found, again and again, was the wrong tool.
"I was looking for a platform that offered the best balance between price, performance, and reliability. I explored several standard e-commerce and web builders, but none felt like the right architectural fit until I found Frameship. It felt like the most trustworthy partner to represent my brand's identity." — Musa Soylu
The problem with every other platform wasn't that they were hard to use. It was that they all looked the same. Generic layouts. Stock photography vibes. The kind of design that could belong to any brand — which meant it couldn't really belong to Muus Coffee.
For a founder who had already built a physical space that was unmistakably itself, that wasn't good enough.
Constructing a digital space
Musa had never built a website before. Not one. He's an architect, not a developer and he'd never had reason to be.
But Frameship's plugin was intuitive enough that he didn't need to be. He approached the build the way he approaches any construction project: by experimenting with the material, seeing what it could do, and shaping it into something that felt right.
"It was actually an incredibly fun and creative process! The interface is so intuitive that I built the site myself by experimenting with drag-and-drop features. As an architect, I enjoy constructing spaces, and building this digital store felt like a natural, enjoyable extension of my design work." — Musa Soylu
The result is a site that looks like Muus Coffee. Not like a coffee shop template. Not like a Shopify theme with a nice logo dropped in. Like the actual brand, built from the inside out.
"The biggest win for me was moving away from generic, stock-looking templates. Usually, customising a site takes forever, but here I could create a unique look very quickly. I'm not a developer — I'm an architect — yet I was able to launch my first-ever website in a matter of days without any technical stress. It saved me weeks of back-and-forth with developers." — Musa Soylu
Musa wasn't a developer. He was an architect. But Frameship's interface was intuitive enough that he could build the store himself - experimenting with drag-and-drop, constructing a digital space the same way he constructs physical ones.

Live. Authentic. His.
The Muus Coffee store is now the digital home of the brand — a space that reflects the same care and intention as the physical cafe in Cihangir. Musa manages it himself, without a developer, and without needing to be one.
"We haven't run any Meta or SEO ads yet, but the organic traffic and the reaction from visitors have been amazing. Currently, I manage the platform to showcase our shop's vision. While sales are important, our priority right now is reflecting the Muus Coffee aesthetic to our community — and we are very satisfied with the results." — Musa Soylu
For Musa, the measure of success isn't a conversion rate. It's whether the store feels true to what he built. By that measure, it works.
"If you want a website that is unique, cool, and truly stands out, this is the place. You don't need to be a developer to create something professional. If a designer like me can build their first site here and love the result, anyone can." — Musa Soylu, Architect & Founder, Muus Coffee
