Mobbin find Iterating in Framer so much faster than editing code. The team knows the tool, moves fast with it, and their sites look exactly how they want them to. So when the time came to launch a merch store, the question wasn't whether to use Framer, it was how to add ecommerce.

A custom Shopify theme meant learning Liquid - a templating language a world away from the React environment the team lived in. Writing & building a custom code component from scratch would mean reinventing the wheel every time something needed updating.

The real constraint wasn't technical capability, it was maintainability. The store needed to be something the whole team could touch, not just one technical team member.

The Mobbin team built the entire merch store inside Framer. Shopify handled the backend, inventory, payments, fulfilment, while Frameship's components dropped straight into Framer as the frontend layer.

The store launched at merch.mobbin.com with a focused product range, cap, hoodie, tote, each with a fully custom product page, image gallery, variant selection, & custom made cart.

When a bug surfaced with out-of-stock variant display post-launch, the Frameship team diagnosed it, shipped a platform-wide fix, & walked mobbin through the resolution step by step.
